Returns Policy

At Parla Home, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

1. Return period
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason and return the product.

2. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for return, the product must:

Unused and undamaged.
In the original condition and, if possible, in the original packaging.
Be accompanied by a proof of purchase or invoice.

3. Return procedure
Send an email to Info@parlahome.nl with your order number and the reason for return (optional).
You will receive a confirmation from us with further instructions.
Pack the product securely and send it to the specified return address.
4. Return shipping costs
The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed (for example in the case of an incorrectly delivered or damaged product).

5. Refund
Once we have received the product in good order, we will refund the full purchase price as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days of cancellation.

Please note: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product back or until you can prove that you have sent it back.
