These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Offer
We do our best to describe our products as clearly and completely as possible. Mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding.

Article 4 – Prices
All prices on our website include VAT and exclude any shipping costs. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

Article 5 – Payment
You can pay securely using the payment methods we offer on our website. Your order will only be shipped after payment has been received.

Article 6 – Warranty
All our cookware sets come with a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship during normal use. Damage due to misuse or wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal (returns)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including any shipping costs for the outward journey.

Return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed. Products must be unused and in their original condition/packaging.

Article 10 – Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price.

Article 12 – Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where we are located.
